Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the E-Learning Management System in the Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) process at the High School (SMA) level during the New Normal period post the COVID-19 pandemic. A case study is conducted on the Hybrid learning method, which combines face-to-face (onsite) learning with online learning. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing Learning Management Systems in supporting the learning process in high schools during the New Normal situation. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the research are expected to contribute to the development of adaptive e-Learning LMS systems that cater to changing educational needs in the New Normal era. This research is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the implementation of the ELearning Management System in the context of high school education in the digital era.
