The data collection technique used the\nOrganizational Commitment Scale prepared by the research team and the\norganizational culture scale. The data analysis technique uses the correlation\nof the moment of the product. It is a quantitative method that uses\nquantitative methods, data collection, analysis, and interpretation of data,\nstatistics, and numbers.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b>Result: <\/b>The results of this study\nshow a significant relationship between the dimensions of organizational\nculture and staff productivity, preaching through the dimensions of\norganizational culture and organizational commitment. The marks of the study of\nthe data carried out are worth a rate of 0.000 (0.05 &gt;), which means the\nconnection among organizational culture and organizational commitment. <o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\"><b>Conclusion:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\"> This study is limited\nto organizational culture variables, while many other factors influence\norganizational engagement and should be analyzed further. The correlation\ncoefficient shows a value of 0.733, represents the category of a solid relationship\nof proximity and a direction of positive relationship, which shows that when\nthe organizational culture is reinforced, the organizational commitment of the\nteacher will increase.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit;
