The method used in this research is qualitative method which is a research procedure producing descriptive data in written words or verbal from observed people and behaviour. Theoretical background from this qualitative research basically focuses on the phenomenology and finding out the meaning of research. The data processing uses data triangulation technique through comparison of theory which is a technique of data processing that compares collected data with the theory used as theoretical basis. According to the research shows that credit requirement to bank expresses emphasize on business sustainability, more than 2 years long of business, financial literacy and 5C aspects: Character, Capital, Capacity, Collateral, and Condition. From the five aspects, what is called Collateral or guarantee is seen as a burden and financial literacy related to the consistency of bookkeeping, cash flow and financial ratio. In fact, information from bank is not a guaranteed fixed asset, but the operating income is and it allows credit loan to develop business to improve revenue.
